Had my really long boring lank hair cut off, reeeeally short as it nothing one side and just a bit longer the other and dyed very bright red.

I can't carry it off Sad

I am really skinny and this new haircut makes me look tired and old Sad

I had the re vamp to boost my confidence and it has had the opposite effect.

So how do i look less tired (wrinkled, bags under eyes and pale worn skin)

PHAB, you're correct, you're not selling anything, but it isn't for the lack of some embarrassing trying.

Grin They never seem to realize that posting 'recommendations' like that just ensures we don't want to touch the product with a barge pole, do they rolling?

RollingInTheAisles · 01/08/2011 20:20

Somehow, no :o

Lol...Phab, why would i need proffesionals when I have fellow mumsnetters Grin

Yep have looked at the photo's of hair cuts you have all linked to. I like them all its just hard to know which will suit me.
Have decided for now to keep it as it is and grow the fringe a bit and also experiment with styling it Smile

I'm going to get a good tan lotion for my face as have a fab one from dove for the body so my face needs to catch up.

I think soften the eye make up a bit (you are a good lookin lady though). The block colour needs a few highlights. Don't go spiky.

I agree with Sunnily and others -- the fringe needs to be much shorter. You could wear a Mia Farrow fringe or a Halle Berry pixie.

And soften the eye makeup. Go for light colours for the lips to accentuate your eyes.

I think you're right about the tan, also the new hair-do picture seems to have been taken outdoors, which is not the most flattering light for anyone over 21 and you probably look much better in real life. I'd let hair grow while saving up for a different hairdresser, but actually it's really not too bad at all.
