Just wondering what people think of this dress! I think it looks v nice but it is £££

Do you think it would only be suitable for very formal occasions or could you dress it down to a degree with opaque tights/boots?

If you do like it, go on humour me and pretend that you do, do you think you would get wear out of it?

Also, purely out of interest do you think there is an age range for this dress? If so - what?

I would wear it now with flip-flops or sandals in the winter with tights/boots.

I quite like it although it is ££££.

I'd say it's quite a flexible dress, could be worn with boots quite casually, with heels for the office or dressed up for a night out.

Age wise I'd say 40 plus, although mid 30s with funky accessories could get away with it without looking too old.

the cut is lovely but personally I really dislike animal print clothes. I could imagine a 40's 50's wearing it.

To me, it says 'Woman from Surrey who lunches'. She has dark brown hair, tied back neatly, and very dark fake tan. Immaculate house (thanks to housekeeper). Lots of gold jewellery, high flier husband, two teenage children, range rover. Electric gates. Farrow and Ball paint.

Steer well clear if you're 30 something.

You could pull this off if you are a glamourous late 40, 50 something or if you are a gorgeous early 20 something. But in between you are just going to look not quite right.

Either way pull it off with style you need to be polished with a little bit of edge. Do not wear it with knee length boots you will look like the woman of birds of a feather and certainly not with flip flops (sorry!)

And honestly you need to be tall and thin.

On the right woman this woyuld look fab but I bet it'll be in the sales shortly

When they say it can be worn two way, do they mean forwards and... back to front?

Think it's funny they call leopard print 'oatmeal' - nice if worn with a bit of edge. But animal print does read as "woman with emotional baggage" imo - which may not be your intent

I still think Bet from Coronation Street when I see leopard print, so I don't think well heeled Surrey woman, but back street Bradford.

I like it but think 'Bet Lynch'.

You could make it work, but no trashy gold jewellery and make sure your make up is understated.

Love it. I have a couple of very similar dresses, I love leopardprint.

It would look best with black opaques and patent/suede chunky heels, dark eyes and hair up in a beehive.

No to boots and Christ no to flip flips.

TBH I don't think jersey animal print dresses work as formal wear. Smart casual is their natural home...

I think it has to be worn with knowingness if you are under 35 or so - slightly edgy slutty amy winehouseness. If over 40 or so it has to be worn seriously with expensive blonde hair and understated everything, including shoeage.

You would have to b er VERY CAREFUL to get it right. On a young thing with zero boobs hips worn ironically with plimsolls and a bare face yes Anyone else who needs specialist corsetry make up and heels (ie older)NO!!!

I am like a magpie when it comes to animal print. Sadly it always looks bet lynch on me(brassy blonde hair and norks-damn them). If you are relatively slin with nice/groomed hair I think it would look lovely. I would funk it up with opaque tights,high platforms and chunky bangle.

You know what, I would prob wear the oatmeal one..

with patent black stilettos, big gold hoop earring (a nod at bet Lynch), patent clutch, my tom ford oversize black sunnies......and weather the storm of abuse with my head held high....

the cut is wrong it will look old on anybody. It is a drag dress, IMO only a man can get away with it and look nice. Or may be joan collins or barbara cartland.
