i love a kooky shoe. I like the idea of these but can't settle on which ones. What do you think?

Well, these are pefect for sitting on a toadstool.

Please tell me that you're six? Grin

Lipstickgal · 06/06/2011 11:37

I don't like patch two colour leather ones but thank-you for your feedback. I like some of the shoes. I don't see what is so strange after all people wear fit flops/fly/crocs, all fantastically quirky in their own way. I like Conker shoes too. I don't like heels and shoes that harm your feet or the environment.

Oh lordy lordy lordy. Have you got a part in Ben and Holly's magic kingdom?

Anyone remember Harry Enfields Notting Hill Boutique "I saw you coming"

Sorry to be mean - but really?

allhailtheaubergine · 06/06/2011 11:41

These are cute.

Lipstickgal · 06/06/2011 11:43

I particularly like the Bunty ones not the pointy toe ones. I love handmade shoes! REALLY!

OP posts:
allhailtheaubergine · 06/06/2011 11:45

I like these too. They'd be really useful. I prefer the round toes to the pointy.

Very cute - bit pricey though.

allhailtheaubergine · 06/06/2011 11:46

Oooh [http://www.fairysteps.co.uk/product/bella-1421 these!!]]. I had a life where I could have worn these once. I am feeling nostalgic! Grin

Lipstickgal · 06/06/2011 11:47

AHTA I like those ones too-they're definately a contender.Thank you.

voiceofnoreason · 06/06/2011 11:48

But why does ethical have to be ugly!

each to their own i suppose!

Lipstickgal · 06/06/2011 11:49

Definitely even.

OP posts:
Lipstickgal · 06/06/2011 11:50

I don't find them ugly at all- quite beautiful actually.

BelleEnd · 06/06/2011 11:51

Oooooh I love the Ophelia boots!

voiceofnoreason · 06/06/2011 11:53

I just followed the link. Looks like a medieval peasant on acid was making them. Suitable for toiling in the filth and catching scrofula in.

Are you a social worker? Grin

MumblingRagDoll · 06/06/2011 11:57

Voice...do you like Lelli Kelly's? Grin

CandiceMariePratt · 06/06/2011 11:57

I think some of them are lovely, bit too expensive for me though

Lipstickgal · 06/06/2011 11:58

Check out this woman's blog she's extremely talented.I wish i could make shoes and clothes as lovely as Ren Cuming does. The bags also have me tempted.

Geordieminx · 06/06/2011 11:59

Could we have this thread moved from "style and beauty" (of which the shoes are neither) to "only joking" as clearly you must be.

montmartre · 06/06/2011 12:01

I am very sad... I actually really like quite a few of these.

I like el naturalista shoes too, dyed with vegetable dyes, similar feel, very soft leather, gorgeous to wear.

ShowOfHands · 06/06/2011 12:03

Somebody's just linked me to the site on fb. I LOVE them. This will be of little surprise to people who've seen my forays into S&B before. The quince ones are perfect.

I am rather cross though that fairy shoes are so ££. They're made from dew and rainbows surely and therefore free.

Lipstickgal · 06/06/2011 12:05

To me these shoes are both stylish and beautiful-my idea of GF. Concept.

OP posts:
voiceofnoreason · 06/06/2011 12:07

Mumbling - Lellis are the work of satan himself Grin

Geordieminx - agree!

Showof hands - Even free they are to be shunned!

Lipstickgal · 06/06/2011 12:08

MM you are not sad! Which are your favourites?

OP posts:
Lipstickgal · 06/06/2011 12:10

Quince are beautiful too I agree.......
