I have worn Eternity Calvin Klein for as long as I can remember - quite fancy a change for something light for summer, love the old fashioned eau de toilette type citrusy smells, any ideas?

Still on Jo Malone Lime, Basil & Mandarin which is probably hideously old fashioned by now. I love it though, it makes me feel nice and clean.

Might try the pear and freesia next time though.

Clarins Eau Dynamisante and sometimes I borrow DH's Acqua di Parma Smile.

Wasabi I love JM LB&M. It's a lovely clean, fresh, warm smell. It's right up there with the classics.

I have a huge drawerful of perfume, having worked in the business in the past, and DH still does. I just grab a squirt of whatever takes my fancy every morning.

For regular days:
Hugo Boss Woman
Lancome Aroma Tonic
Lacoste Touch of Pink
Eau D'Issy (though gone off that a bit; my nose can't smell it any more)
Next Just Pink (!)
Armani Aqua di Gio
Escada Into the Blue
Anna Sui Secret Wish

If I'm going out, I choose something a bit more sultry:
Burberry London
Lancome Hypnose
Gucci by Gucci

Perfumes I have loved in the past include:
Prescriptives Calyx
Elizabeth Arden Green Tea
Estee Lauder Pleasures
YSL In Love Again
Cacherel Anais Anais (well, I was 15).

I'm not sure you can ever go back to old favourites, but there are a few I'd love to try again.

perfectmummy my favourite Miller Harris is Tangerine Vert, but then I am totally dedicated to citrussy perfumes. Not sure if anyone has mentioned Frederic Maille, but some of his are lovely as well as subtle.

Hermes Elixir Des Merveilles is my current perfume. I also like Paul Smith London but it's hard to get hold of.

BelleDameSansMerci · 30/04/2011 21:08

My "all the time" perfume is Heliotrope by Etro. It's vanilla based so not to everyone's taste.

I also love O de Lancome and Allure Sensuelle.

I love perfume :)

Like you OP I also like Eternity (have had that one since I was 18). My other favourites (in no particular order) are:

Day
Chanel no 19
Chanel Cristalle
Hermes Kelly Caleche
Dior Escale a Portofino
Jo Malone White Jasmine and Mint

Evening
Chanel no 5 (but only the 'Eau Premiere' version)
Sisley Eau de Soir
Chanel Coco
Jo Malone Pomegranite Noir

polyhymnia · 01/05/2011 15:34

Another vote for Escale a Portofino (even if it is very like annick Goutal's Eau d'Hadrien), which I also use.
