I'm thinking crest whitening strips so far. I have already bought that new Maybellline liquidy eyeliner here - marvellous!
What else?

ooh - lucky you. I'd get the Maybelline 'primer' for a lovely smooth foundation base (much cheaper than here) and the infusium range of shampoo/conditioner/leave in treatment. It is the only thing that has ever rendered my hair vaguely manageable..

I saw that hair range the other day. My hair could do with some tlc as the sun has rendered it like straw already.

May be a convert to maybelline after the eyeliner, which I can't stop putting on!

If you are in Target there's make up brushes that are supposed to be out of this world. Sonya Kushak I think. As good as Macs for pennies they say.

smartyparts · 19/04/2011 13:42

Ooh mace sounds good!

Saw a rifle for sale for $299 the other day, did ponder over logistics of getting it home..

Buy Maybelline brown/black waterproof mascaras - not available here. And all the US based products are much much cheaper (Covergirl, Loreal, Revlon, Maybelline).

southeastastra · 19/04/2011 13:45

do they sell smashbox stuff?

jabberwocky · 19/04/2011 13:46

Isn't Aveeno only available/cheaper in the US?

bamboobutton · 19/04/2011 13:50

placenta conditioner.

my american ex-sil swears by it

expatinscotland · 19/04/2011 13:57

Wet n Wild lip liners, lippies and glosses.

Neosporin gel.

CoverGirl makeup.

Cetaphil cleanser and moisturiser.

Coppertone Sports sunscreen.

I'm headed back at the beginning of July and have a list a mile long already.

expatinscotland · 19/04/2011 14:00

You can get some Aveeno here, jabber, but not the same range and only in small bottles that are £££.

exhausted2011 · 19/04/2011 14:01

milk duds

exhausted2011 · 19/04/2011 14:01

oh sorry, didn't realise I was in S & B
will leave immediately Grin

MadameCastafiore · 19/04/2011 14:07

Aveeno do a spray on Factor 85 or Factor 50 - is great for the kids - I cleaared the CVS out of it near our hotel yesterday - is $9 in CVS and you can't get it in the UK we had to have it shipped in from Isreal last year and that wasn;t the new improved one which you can spray onto wet skin.

Infact bring 100 cans back - you will make a fortune on Ebay!!

expatinscotland · 19/04/2011 14:08

That Johnson's lotion baby oil stuff, too. It rocks.

leavesleaves · 19/04/2011 14:09

Almay moisturizing mascara in Brown Black, and can you bring me back a dozen or so too? Grin

OPI nail lacquer for $10 a bottle -- or even less.

Yes, the Sonia Kashuk makeup brushes at Target are quite good.

Crest Pro-Health toothpaste.

expatinscotland · 19/04/2011 14:09

Essie nail polish. $8 there. About £10 here.

hotcrossbarry · 19/04/2011 14:13

not makeup stuff, but band aid plasters that look like they are made of duct tape are AMAZING - I just stocked up on 3 boxes of them last week in the US :o

also orabase - it's like a paste version of bonjela, which forms a seal over a mouth ulcer. best treatment for mouth ulcers I've ever used. can't find an eqivalent here!

Wormshuffler · 19/04/2011 14:14

Hydro-cortizone cream. It really is magic cream!!

8rubberduckies · 19/04/2011 14:18

Kiehls stuff - any of it! It is fantastic and pretty expensive over here. I love their lipglosses and hair serum. Smile

smartyparts · 19/04/2011 14:19

Ooh yes Essie - I bought loads here last time. And they used to sell Jessica nail polish in Walgreens ridiculously cheap, but no more.

Right thanks all, I have a good list, am off to procure!

Sadly, my dh has a kitchenaid obsession and fills up our cases with graters/gadgets so I can't go too crazy.

FreeButtonBee · 19/04/2011 14:22

Large jars of paracetomel - none of this "no more than 12" in one go.

smartyparts · 19/04/2011 14:26

Placenta conditioner? Really?

What are milk duds? Dcs had 'dippin dots' yesterday, is that similar?

Am quite tempted to seek out a bit of Botox here too. Have been toying with idea at home - bound to be cheaper here!

OP posts:
exhausted2011 · 19/04/2011 14:28

chocolate chewy caramels, I think by Hershey. Yellow packet.
don't know what dippin dots are!

faustina · 19/04/2011 14:49

melatonin. it will help with the jetlag. you can't buy it here
