for the first time in 6 years!!!! Shock (apart from a trim)
its elbow length and caramel in colour, I'm wanting something quite short maybe chin length, but a really nice style, its a 30th birthday treat from my mum so going to a posh place.
do you think Lengths this is a bit drastic?
I have a heart shaped face with small features, I NEED a fringe (big forehead) what do you think?

Oooh, I like that very much ! Not too drastic, IMO.

Go for it - I had my long hair cut recently to an inverse bob, I think they call it?
(I am clueless, prob got the name wrong!) The hairdresser persuaded me not to go too short in case I hated it, but I do wish I'd gone a bit shorter now.

I would say try and go shorter than collar length - it annoys the life out of me that I have gone to the trouble of properly styling it (never bothered much when long) and then its constantly getting curled out/sticking out by being in contact with my coat etc, if that makes sense ? Shorter next time !

Good Luck Smile

Thats great I will be brave and go for it a bit shorter, I have a bit of a phobia with the hair dressers, when I was young I had a bob and my evil brother made fun and got all the kids in the street to call me HE-MAN I have never recovered Shock

So........????

Is it He-man strikes again ??

Or all round success ? Grin

You're not alone with your hair shame - when I was fourteen my hair was like Deidre Barlows. Luckily, no photos have survived of that monstrosity, but the memory still makes me shudder.
