I want to add to my summer sandals, I would really like the impossible i.e. sexy (F**k me sandals) which are ultra comfortable.

Am I expecting too much from simple footwear?

I promise to paint my toenails (or is that too slutty! Wink)

Oh and I don't like to much to cleavage (peep toe shoes) I find that the foot usually slides forward...

This post is a bumpity bump

foundwanting · 03/04/2011 18:54

TheGirlWhoIsBootilicious · 03/04/2011 19:10

Oh I am willing to spend (probably more than I should...mmm[hmmm]) about £40-65 but for the right shoe I might go to

AintMissBeehiving · 03/04/2011 19:25

I like these and these. Both look ok comfort wise.

TheGirlWhoIsBootilicious · 03/04/2011 19:29

AintMissBeehiving thanks, but not too keen on wooden/clogs, need a bit of flexibility in the sole.

But I am honoured that have made a suggestion.

Come on fashionistas, help a girl out!

OP posts:
TheGirlWhoIsBootilicious · 03/04/2011 19:30

That you have made a suggestion.

You are proper tipsy aren't you Booti?

I recognise the style Wink

AintMissBeehiving · 03/04/2011 19:34

Now I'm wondering who Booti is...

herecomesthsun · 03/04/2011 19:36

Hee hee. I got some pewter leather flat sandals from Marks which are very comfy. They do not show my toes and cost within your price range. My husband laughed that they are very bling. But sexy? Well not really.

Actually, Clarks have some thinking about it, Boutique range, Drum Major which I like but wouldn't suit my lifestyle, pink suede wedges, ski lift which look quite modern to me (what would I know)

or you could go for clogs which are having a moment, if you like them

AintMissBeehiving · 03/04/2011 19:38

I'm just going to post stuff I like. Until I get a better idea of what you like.

these

TheGirlWhoIsBootilicious · 03/04/2011 19:40

Grin I may have had a tiny glass of wine suwoo

I am an aging MNer who wants to look as good as I can for as long as I can. I have an hourglass figure.

I name change regularly and have been around since 2002, but am not a Moldie as I don't post but lurk.

Haven't got the courage to go to a Meet Up, but love the idea!

TheGirlWhoIsBootilicious · 03/04/2011 19:44

I like the 'Ski Lift' herecomes

Don't think I could walk in those Aint, I want to wear them to work, and am on feet for most of the day.

OP posts:
AintMissBeehiving · 03/04/2011 19:51

I've just wet my pants Grin. Aksherley, I'd do anyone wearing those.

AintMissBeehiving · 03/04/2011 19:52

FGS. You didn't say walking was important.

TheGirlWhoIsBootilicious · 03/04/2011 19:54

Aint, they are lovely, but I fear, I would only wear them in the boudoir Wink and I have plenty of those shoes

OP posts:
TheGirlWhoIsBootilicious · 03/04/2011 19:55

Walking is important, Grin Sorry, here let me pour you a glass of Wine

OP posts:
AintMissBeehiving · 03/04/2011 19:59

I think you can never have enough pairs of shoes that you can't walk in and can only wearing sitting down, or perhaps reclining and then simply admire on a shelf. Not that that happens here. Obv.

Anyway, back to the coal face. Are you adverse to a wedge? And colour?

TheGirlWhoIsBootilicious · 03/04/2011 20:04

Not adverse to a wedge, (I love a wedge, but that is a different postBlush too much wine...)

Ahem.

Colour, black, brown, gold (I know), silver (again, I know), fushia and purple!

OP posts:
TheGirlWhoIsBootilicious · 03/04/2011 20:04

Not on the same shoe, you understand!

OP posts:
AintMissBeehiving · 03/04/2011 20:22

Shall look - just need to smother first born with a pillow put DS1 to bed.

TheGirlWhoIsBootilicious · 03/04/2011 20:35

Ah, I had that problem (with non sleeping children, many moons ago) Actually have non sleeping children, but teenagers, who I sometimes leave to lock up while I go to bed!

I might go and watch the gorgeous Louis Theroux on BBC2 at 9pm, but will check in later if I am not in the boudoir
