I have a god awful cheapo indigo cagoule type affair which is practical in a spring downpour type way, but frankly needs burning.
As soon as I put it on,(which is as little as possible) it spoils any effort I have made with what I am wearing.
I have seen two lands end ones and would welcome opinions, I really like the belted one but wonder if it may look a a bit 'much' for a plod around muddy wood with wellies.

fingers crossed links work...not done before!

Sorry stuffedcat, your links don't work. Put 2 square bracket like this before and after link .

Or see below!

I really like the 2nd one, and a great range of colours too. I love the blue in particular. And not bad prices too.
I am currently debating the kew city drawstring jacket for a city break, but find it a bit pricey.

BlooCowWonders · 28/02/2011 12:50

like the blue one - the other looks like something my dad would have worn! :)

Stuffedcat · 28/02/2011 12:55

Bloo Grin.I do know what you mean, but they do one in black too.

definitely the second one.

Rannaldini · 28/02/2011 13:12

does it have to lands end?
great for weatherproof but there are loads of spring things going and i'm not keen on either of those options
sorry

Stuffedcat · 28/02/2011 18:41

Think I'll probably go for the blue one.
Rannaldini, I do have quite a few spring coats but really need a lightweight waterproof one.

I prefer blossoming's one the most, otherwise the second one.
