Hello lovely people

I wondered if I might ask for your help. My swimming costume is starting to go see-through so I need to get a new one but am struggling...

Criteria:
One-piece not tankini
Needs to not look granny-ish
Needs to withstand some proper swimming without looking too 'speedo'
No halter neck
Needs to contain norks - not that they'e huge but DS has a habit of hanging on the neckline leading to spillage
Not too high cut in the leg as have big bum Blush

Any thoughts?

Sorry no help as I was about to post very similar thing. am watching out for any answers also!

Hello - I just bought this swimsuit this morning. I needed a 'proper' costume for swimming lessons with DS1 and aqua aerobics. I really didn't fancy a proper speedo but this seems to be the best of both worlds - it will keep everything in is place and is very flattering at the same time. Smile

Note - I didn't use this website.

Have you seen this website I ordered a 'legsuit' from them yesterday that arrived today.

I like the one pieces with short style bottoms, more flattering imo

Excellent Grin

BTW, if you do go for the zoggs and are in-between sizes I would go for the larger size.

KnitterNotTwitter · 17/02/2011 15:21

Sent both links to my sister who is irritatingly more stylish than me and she says the Zoggs one... Ordered it just now and looking forward to it arriving :)

Thanks wonderful ladies...

planes is it supportive for those of us with less than perky boobs?

planestrainsautomobiles · 17/02/2011 20:59

Morag - it doesn't have any secret support but because its quite a thick material it does seem to hold 'them' up quite well. Mine aren't particularly perky, it did look good on, I think due to the cross-over design on the front. It seemed to lift them up into place and stay put. Also because it has a slight v-cut at the front then you can get a little cleavage too.

Haven't exercised in it yet though.

moragbellingham · 18/02/2011 15:07

Interesting.
I've just sent two skirted swimsuits from Debenhams back as they kept escaping downwardsSad and very obviously so.

planestrainsautomobiles · 18/02/2011 15:16

I desperately needed a proper costume as mine also escaped downwards (during a swimming lesson with DS1) and one ended up poking out the bottom of my bikini very very Blush

Worst bit was that I ignored the American lady who tried to alert me to this! Everyone else just avoided me until I realised a good 10 mins later.

I got a very loud "Good Morning" from the lifeguard that day! Grin

Zoggs at Brand Alley today if you wanted one. I am going to.
