Help me find a nude/blush dress

I'm currently searching out mismatched bridesmaids dresses in as similar colours as possible. This is the one I am working from as one of my BM is pregnant

I have found another chiffony tea dress style in almost exactly the same colour, so I need help finding a third that matches.
So pinky nude/champagne/blush (seems to have lots of names) floaty fabric, strappy summer dress preferably, and under £75 if at all possible.

I'm getting nowhere (perhaps too early in the year for summery stuff) but I thought it was worth a try asking here just in case!

this?

All depends very much on the shape of your bridesmaid. Can't number 3 wear the same chiffony tea dress as number 2?

LittlePickleHead · 13/02/2011 16:50

That is lovely nfu! Perfect colour as well, but more expensive than I was hoping for.

I wanted them all to be different rather than highlight one of them as the odd one out iyswim. Besides, the tea dress was only available in a 10, and my other bridesmaid is a very tall, statuesque 12/14.

I do really like that dress though, may have to take a trip into monsoon with her and see how it looks against the other dresses

Gah! one more try at that first link:

LittlePickleHead · 13/02/2011 16:57

I like the dorothy perkins one, think it may be a bit too pale though next to the other two.

Perhaps I just need to spend a little more and widen my search a little...

I really like the style of that dress minipie - it's just the colour is not pinky enough.

I've saved a picture of the bm dresses (including the monsoon one that's out of my budget) on my profile - thoughts? I think they go well together, but I think one that is too camely would look a bit wrong

sorry - I missed the floaty bit - some of them maybe a bit structured.

LittlePickleHead · 13/02/2011 17:30

I really like the oasis one even though it is structured - do you think it will go with the others (on my profile, first two are the ones I have bought)

They are wearing white rose clips in their hair and the bouquets are white and pale pink roses with green hydrangeas if that helps.

This was the look I was aiming for

I really like the bubble hem one with applique flowers, quite similar to the one nfu found from monsoon

It might do LPH I think might need to have a look at it in JL - and take the other dresses with you. I love the ones you have chosen - and the whole mismatched idea is lovely.

LittlePickleHead · 13/02/2011 17:40

Thanks Kurri, I'm so not into the matching satin a-line bridesmaids dress look!

H&M have a few in this colour at the moment. Unfort they have a useless website for linking purposes. Have a look at the 4th one on page 1 of dresses here and also the 4th one on page 2. Also on page 2, the last dress is worn with a cute nudey-pinky bolero, which I saw in store yuest, and was surprisingly good quality for the price.

willybreeder · 13/02/2011 19:03

You really have to have olive skin to suit those shades, here's hoping for their sake!

NumberFuckerUpper · 13/02/2011 20:04

I think the monsoon dress looks fab with the others, but if she's got big boobs it could hang off them and make her look like the pregnant one Grin

NumberFuckerUpper · 13/02/2011 20:09

maxi?

LittlePickleHead · 13/02/2011 20:10

plum - I really like the one shoulder one, very cute! hadn't thought of h&m weirdly...

willy - they aren't olive skinned but have tried the dresses on (the two I have) and they look fine? THey are a bit pinky which helps, and I think the look with blonde hair is really nice.

I don't want to make them look terrible!

My third bridesmaid wears trapeze dresses a lot and they look fab on her, so it's actually a really good choice

LittlePickleHead · 13/02/2011 20:12

hmmm maxi lovely, but I was going to try and keep at the least the hemline similar length to tie them in a bit more together?

OP posts:
NumberFuckerUpper · 13/02/2011 20:16

not pink enough?

LittlePickleHead · 13/02/2011 20:23

It's hard to tell without seeing them isn't it? As on the photos on my profile, dress one looks darker than dress two, but when they arrived they are exactly the same colour.

I guess I do need to actually go to the shops!

I've had some great inspiration though - will def be going to h&m and to monsoon to have at those dresses.

I do hope they look ok now after willy's post, starting to worry they will look a bit wan...perhaps they need to fake tan?

Saw www.zara.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product/uk/en/zara-S2011/61137/306518/DRESS%2BWITH%2BDRAPED%2BTOPthis today, is pinkier in RL than it looks on screen.

I guess the thing to do is get lots, look at them together, then return the ones you don't want.
