well I am short legged long body indifferent of norkage and only look good in dresses so maybe you are right.. stick to trousers and shorts and skrts and all the things I dream of wearing when I pull on yet another fken frock!

KikiJane · 31/01/2011 15:47

I'm built the same, although without much of a bust to speak of. Still hourglass, though. I can wear dresses if they're 1950s-style with a belted waist. They're super-flattering.

FluffyMummy123 · 31/01/2011 15:48

yes i tired on a loose ish one from home of hrt walllis and its just MEH
no waist - maybe thats it

HATe prommy type ones

If you wear a belt, you create a waist.

TrillianAstra · 31/01/2011 15:55

How old is he?

KikiJane · 31/01/2011 15:56

I tried on a dress once and my lovely daughter told me it was nice, but that I could do with having some blood sucked out of my thighs Hmm

HettyAmaretti · 31/01/2011 15:57

Do you have hips or just big bust and straight up and down?

ethelina · 31/01/2011 15:57

If I wear. Belt I look like a sack of potatoes tied in the middle. I have hourglass figure, large of nork and hip. I don't do at all.

ethelina · 31/01/2011 15:57

*don't do dresses at all

FluffyMummy123 · 31/01/2011 15:59

OP posts:
Dropdeadfred · 31/01/2011 16:03

your entirejeans round your ankles? Wink
I am the same body shape...would love to emphasise waist but i look like a sack of potatoes with some string tied round the middle...here is not enough gap beween boobs and waist...Hmm

FluffyMummy123 · 31/01/2011 16:04

er yes am lazy arse!

OP posts:
HettyAmaretti · 31/01/2011 16:06

Price of a dress doesn't change your body type. If only.

Is he available to hire?

I assume you're wearing a good bra?

FluffyMummy123 · 31/01/2011 16:07

i am and HOIKED my straps up.

OP posts:
HettyAmaretti · 31/01/2011 16:08

Meh. Possibility of strap hoicking usually means bra is, in fact, not as good as it should be.

FluffyMummy123 · 31/01/2011 16:08

wel mebbe but i HATE seeing women with south facing tits

OP posts:
noddyholder · 31/01/2011 16:09

I am your shape and love dresses but do have to be selective or look like a funny sack of potatoes!

HettyAmaretti · 31/01/2011 16:10

obviously, but if you've got a short body then they're probably placed high so can be too low in bra without being south facing. Bet it's wrong.

noddyholder · 31/01/2011 16:11

Do you have good legs arms collar area?

FluffyMummy123 · 31/01/2011 16:13

noddy YOU KNOW i do.
no issue there
its just my middle that lets me down
too short and wide
im like spongebob
