I've bought things from the stores in Covent Garden & Bluewater and found the staff helpful and unpushy. Good for makeovers / new ideas and I'm late 40s. Also, they were totally sweet with DS a few years ago when he bought a washbag for a few pounds in the sale; gave him some complementary men's cologne etc. and wrapped everything up beautifully.
