I have just rang them as it seemed the easiest thing to do to get a date out of them!!

The lady said that there is not date confirmed as yet and that they have been told to tell customers to ring back Friday and they may have a date then.

Fancy that.

I think increasingly more places are doing free returns.
Collect+ is set to rival Royal Mail as a returns service in local stores apparently. Unfortunately, my nearest one is stupidly near to the local Post Office. Boden are now using them.
