Orville's green!!!!!!!!!

I was trying to work out the point in the drapey cardy... is it so you can have a toddler hanging off each side and still have free hands? She swings it round her shoulders like a poncho in the advert, but that'd get bloody irritating when you lean over.... and wearing a coat!

I read somewhere that capes were in this year - got all excited about a long superhero look , but not seen any so far (long or short )

What sort of boots Cod? I am reluctant to shop as know I will need fat lady gussetted boots.

rofl at this thread!

I got some great boots from Russell & Bromley which hopefully will see me through a few winters if I look after them: black suede, lowish kind of block kitten heel, pointed but rounded toe, come up to about 2 inches below the knee, bit of "ruching" (sp?) effect around the shin.

They are lovely with long skirts or under jeans and trousers. If my legs were slim enough I'd wear them with shorter skirt (mine are all ankle length), but I need to lose a bit more weight and do more sessions down the gym !
