Treated myself (well dh treated me actually !) to a pair and they arrived yesterday. I wore them on the school run last night, then wore them on a family walk and the school run again today...

I can honestly say I have NEVER had such a comfy pair of boots. I usually loive in uggs come the winter BUT will mostly wearing fitflops ones now!

I got the superboots which are leather, they are a soft leather and fab..

£125 may be a bit pricy BUT imo cheaper than uggs, and just if not more comfy.

shhh im still winning themGrin i showed DH and he laughed heartilyHmm i am consoling myself with the fact that he has no fashion sense as he wears tracksuits...Wink not all the time thoughGrin

They are extraordinarily ugly and advertise that you think you have a fat arse at the same time.

Why would you????????

PandaEis · 09/10/2010 11:25

i do have a fat arse though nancyGrin seriously... if it helps me get fitter and makes walking around, dragging my fat around with me, any easier then i couldnt care less if they were illumious green and made out of chavvy tracksuitsGrin though i would maybe wear bags over themWink

I have bought the gogh clogs and they're v.comfy and v.v.warm. Not much of a sartorial statement but any other shoe makes my feet and legs ache horribly again. I have plantar fasciitis and coccyxdinia, since I bought fipflops in the summer both have been so much better. I'm fairly sceptical about the toning properties although I think my bum does seem better. I'd get the boots but I just get so warm in boots!

gingerali · 09/10/2010 11:45

what about ladies with thinck calves? would they fit? i find thst most boots are to thin on the leg for me - had fitflops this summer and couldn't take them off - woulf love the boots

nancydrewrocked · 09/10/2010 12:16

But panda you don't have to advertise the fact Wink

I just wonder if people would be better of dragging trainers on for twenty minutes power walk/jog and wearing lovely shoes the rest of the time - surely more satisfying on every level!

PandaEis · 09/10/2010 12:37

nancy just by wearing clothes i advertise my arseSmile i would rather wear shoes that help me to tone up and help with the bad knee/ankle/hips/back excuses issues i have (i admit made worse by my weight-im not HUGE or anything but i carry more than my fair share) ALOT of people with issues are helped by these shoes so i want a piece of the pie...so to speakGrin

I hda the Gogh Fitflops last winter and despite my sister people telling me they were ugly and unfashionable i loved them. I could wear them all day and not have aching feet.

This year I shall be wearing my Goghs or FitFlop boots and I don't care what my sister people think.
