Damn. They're playing that anthem way too fast.

I’ve seen very few games, but the anthems have been slaughtered at every opportunity, it sounds like.

Surely that's bad reffing? He should have let play continue until the next stoppage or tackle. They are happy to play everlasting advantage for penalties, why not there? Never looked like a try in real time.

Mitigation? That was a red card every day of the week. Jamie Ritchie off. There's no consistency at all.

How long have they been doing this 'upgrading' of yellows? Not noticed it before the WC.

I think they only trialled it in the summer warmups so this is first proper competition to use it.

yep this was something that came about with rule changes to reduce brain injuries.

So from what I can gather, Scotland pretty much have to beat Ireland to qualify, don't they?

Anyone hoping wales win tonight. Am English but we are Wales rugby fans…my Mum was Welsh and loved the rugby.

I want Wales to win ( English ) but some of that is just wanting Australia to lose 😄

I’m exhausted! Thrilled for the guys-as a Glasgow fan I was pleased to see Matt Fagerson on in the back row-love him with Rory Darge and Jack Dempsey (obviously really sorry to see Jamie R injured 🤕). Thought Kyle Steyn and Sione were fantastic.
just seen Johnny Matthews has been called up to replace Stuart Mcinally 😢 Brilliant for Johnny but how awful for Stuart.

That will be amazing! Hope Scotland put up a good show against Ireland but I think it might be hard to beat them.

I don't really mind who wins out of Australia and Wales. Australia winning keeps the group exciting but I think Wales winning will make a lot of people I know happy so that's good too. Just hoping for a good game

Absolutely gutted Biggar has had to come off. I know jac Morgan is captain but Biggar is so instrumental to the game

not feeling positive about Ireland match though perhaps we should bear in mind that RSA left lots of points on pitch though and kicking. But I’m really clutching at straws - Ireland have an amazing team and I’m just jealous!

Clutching at straws but maybe Ireland " played their final" and won't show up against Scotland. Bit like England v New Zealand in the last world cup semi Vs the final. Unfortunately I think it's doubtful. Would love to see Ireland and Scotland through from that group though.

DH (Irish) is very worried about meeting Scotland.

I always think Sam Warburton is an excellent pundit. Makes his points clearly and perceptively.

I’m quarter Welsh as my grandmother was Welsh (Abergavenny), dad’s mum. I never really knew her though.

Happy to see Aussies getting a spanking.

Sadly can’t seeing England progressing that much and they’ve been compared as similar to Australia so that doesn’t bode well.
