Anyone for some Snooker?

So excited for the Snooker 🎱 today :) anyone else? Its good that it's on the BBC so advert free but love a bit of Jimmy on Eurosport. I have a soft spot for Ronnie but also most (except for Mark Allen and Stuart Bingham) haha.

It's a shame the match fixing hearing is bang in the middle of it- it's going to overshadow it :( it's weird without some of the big names that are embroiled in it too.

So pleased to see Luca win! Easily the more entertaining player. The Selby v Allen semi had me falling asleep and I was worried a slow paced game would bore Luca into playing a game that isn't his. Excellent result.

I don't think he meant it badly. Mark had mentioned in his speech about not just his health but Vikki's too, Luca was completely overwhelmed and I think he was trying to be kind.

No I don't for a minute think he meant it in a bad way I'm sure he really was just wishing them both well but I think it maybe wasn't the best idea to say it. To be fair though I'm sure if I had just won the world championship my adrenaline would be so high I probably couldn't even form a coherent sentence.

I also thought Selby mentioned something about his and his wife's health before Luca referred to it. I don't think he was breaking a confidence but just giving best wishes.
