Anyone for some Snooker?

So excited for the Snooker 🎱 today :) anyone else? Its good that it's on the BBC so advert free but love a bit of Jimmy on Eurosport. I have a soft spot for Ronnie but also most (except for Mark Allen and Stuart Bingham) haha.

It's a shame the match fixing hearing is bang in the middle of it- it's going to overshadow it :( it's weird without some of the big names that are embroiled in it too.

i wanted the young Chinese lad to win, only 20, he would have been the youngest ever.
i think the Belgian Breca will win
mark shelby makes the game quite boring.

I've been watching most of it :) bit of a late finish last night! I agree with Si, he played brilliantly and should have a good future ahead. I don't mind who wins but yes, Selby does tend to bore his opponents (and us!)

I really want Luca Brecel to win, it's great seeing young guys come through and mix things up a bit.

we stopped watching last night when it looked certain Shelby was going to win,
however it turns out that Allen really had a come back, even though Shelby did win

I was initially hoping Luca would win as Mark already has 4 under his belt but I do like Mark..he's had a bit of a hard-time with depression just lately I think so would be nice for him plus he's a real super trooper and now that 147...awesome....

Selby was showing some personality last night which almost made his tedious play watchable.

I hope Brecel wins he is showing some exciting snooker only second to a younger Ronnie.
