There is still a chance. Iran played brilliantly today. That paired with the fact Wales didn't actually turn up.

Not out but it will be very difficult for them. I believe (happy to be corrected) they will need England to beat USA later and then going into the last group games, for USA and Iran to draw and then Wales will need to beat England by 2 clear goals to finish 2nd and above Iran on goal difference.

Netherlands already 1-0 up.
