Have BBC if and where they plan to cover it? I can see it on the info for BBC, but coverage on that channel starts at 12 and the starts competition at 11:15.

I’m hoping it will appear on the red button. The coverage is frustrating this time around.

I would love to see Nagornyy, and Hashimoto do well here.

Hopefully Dalaloyan isn't too reckless, he has been lucky so far to not injure himself, but I'm concerned he will push it as far as he can since he has no event finals to save himself for.

My unlikely podium hopes are Joe Fraser (of course), but Sam Mikulak too.

I'm torn between wanting Hashimoto to win at his home Olympics, and Nargornyy to finish on top after dominating this quad.

I’ve got a soft spot for Nargornyy. Do love a home grown hero though.

Every time Nikita Nagornyy approaches the floor the speculation about his triple back pike starts. Not sure if he went out of bounds there.

Top group have kept it together on pommels so far.

I LOVE flares on pommel horse. I don't think they always score as highly, as holding legs together is more difficult, but it's more fun to watch for me.

Loved that routine from Hashimoto, he is not loosening his grip on the gold. So nice to see new talent come through.

real shame for Joe there, he did look fatigued in the middle. Other than the fall his form was very nice, legs locked and pointed toes.
