I think it was invented in China, but I would imagine there are similar variations all over the world... ball on floor - it's kinda natural to kick it!
Yes I researched this and it was played over there before it came here. But that England were the country to set out the rules and the game we know as modern football. We certainly didn’t invent kicking about a ball 😂
