If their fans are going to get stopped from going to Rome, will Italy’s fans be stopped too?

For me (disregarding Covid concerns for now), it seems unfair to make them play with very little fans to support them in a sea of Italians.

only double vaxxed people can trouble & enter statldiums so stopping England fans for tactics would be very nasty. but they are playing against Ukraine so presumably those fans won't be able to go either
