Oh lord, the pain

It has not one, not two, but three heads

My ds had that as an older teen and had to get it lanced at A&E ..take antibiotics..and get it dressed every day for a few days. We rarely go to A& E but it looked very bad and we were glad he did as they took it serious. Get it seen too as could get worse.

If its your lower back, I would get a professionals eye on it and get it sorted properly rather than try and self treat.

If it's got multiple heads it's a carbuncle, you'll need antibiotics but before you do please take a photo

Oh shit, posted too soon, will leave it for the rest of this evening and attempt to get a GP appointment tommorow!!

I’d definitely lance that. hot compress and a Sterilised needle and you’ll get instant relief

Is it a pilonidal sinus? If so I'd lance the beast then suggest you need to speak to your GP as they are rarely just a lone traveller.
