It's pretty impressive!

Does it look like it might need medical attention? It's starting to effect her hearing (DD). She also feels a bit sick. Not dizzy.

Also, thought you might like pictures if it happens to need treatment! Or if it bursts of it's own accord.

Yes. The newer they are, the less chance of smelling, Epidermoid cysts are really common and if they've been around a while will smell foul. These are the ones most seen on pimple popper. If they've got no punctum, they don't usually smell because no air Han get in.
