How on earth could you not get a magnifying mirror and get squeezing yourself?! I can understand pimple popping back acne where you can't reach it yourself but the face? I'd have had a blast with a mirror and a needle!

I often ponder if the advice "don't pick it!" is wrong, because it can't be healthy carrying all that sludge around in your pores.

Enilsa on youtube is excellent at explaining pores, and cleaning them out, and refills.
Her older videos are really interesting.
