I don’t know how anyone could let someone else have all that fun - surely that’s the only positive part of having skin like that?

I’ve been slightly sad that my skin has cleared up so much on Dermatica as I don’t get any fun ones any more 😂

I'm interested in the tool she uses. None of the others I've seen have been that small.

That is a 10a scalpel blade (I use them for my artwork but now I know what to do if I get a giant blackhead!)

Genuine question, why do these sort of videos seem more common in asian countries? I cant imagine many British people walking around with skin like that. Im honestly curious. Maybe they just have more self control and dont squeeze!

That was the most disgusting and amazing thing I've ever seen. I watched the whole thing. I didn't mean to but I couldn't stop. I kept thinking "do that one next, no that one..!"

I believe there's a theory that Agent Orange used in the Vietnam War) causes this sort of skin condition; many of the videos are from Vietnam.

Could it be that they are solar comedones? These develop after years of sun exposure. I’ve seen videos of them on older people, but this person seems so young?

The one is showed me after that from the same person (think it was #29) was even more insane a can’t believe how much could be in one pore... yikes.

I was watching thinking this - how do I retrain? But I bet it’s mostly boring facials and very little that’s this fun.

I wonder if they roam the streets, looking for people with exceptional blackheads to squeeze. I find it hard to believe that anyone who’s let their skin get to that stage is going to be going to a beautician off their own bat.

I remember when I had bad skin in my late teens I went for a facial and the woman was so rude about how many extractions I would need. Felt like absolute shit. I needed to find someone like this clearly!

I just wonder what they look like after? Do they have loads of scars from the scalpel?

OMG! What the fuck is wrong with me? Loved it and was horrified in equal measure and just couldn’t look away. The stuff that comes out must stink though.
