Can I get rid of this boil on my inner thigh before tomorrow night? I have a (naked) date

Seeing a lively bloke, still early days. I haven't seen him since last week and was so looking forward to tomorrow night.

But I have this enormous boil on my inner thigh that will not die. I have done the magnesium sulfate overnight with a dressing on. It doesn't seem to have done much. I've squeezed and got pus out but it's still enormous and red and angry looking.

Argh. Is there anything I can try before tomorrow night? Otherwise I might have to cancel or somehow make excuses for not getting naked.

@dollypartonshirspray I know photos are the norm, but it is is about 5cm from my vulva, so I thought it might be a bit too much, even for sporner's corner.

I can't see how he wouldn't notice it. It's massive and red and as I said a mere few cm from my fanjo.

Put a dressing on (get something from the pharmacy with a non adhesive centre that is more hardcore than a band aid)

This is a bit concerning really. Not your little pimple but your reaction to it. It really is just a tiny little red bump. Why do you feel it is 'enormous' and why do you think your date would care or even notice? Has someone made you feel bad about yourself in relation to a miniscule or unimportant thing in the past?
