How many people would be interested in a UK Floortime conference?

I've started a new thread on this in case people aren't following the old Floortime one.

I've been wondering for some time (with MrsT) whether we should try to organise some sort of UK based Floortime conference/workshop, since quite a number of us seem to be using it or interested in doing so. The idea would be that we wouldn't have to pay as much as if we each got a private consultant in - and we could swop ideas, which would be great as well.

I have to say that I've no experience of doing this - but know people who have, who I could go to for advice. And MrsT is very well-connected! (Sorry MrsT for taking your name in vain here...)

So far on the other thread the following people have expressed an interest:
me
MrsT
Silverfrog
SC13

Anyone else?

Hi all.

I am new to mumsnet, happened to find it by looking for floortime workshops!

Have you heard of Sybille Janert? Based in London, Tower Hamlets? This is what Rob was talking about.. the workshop they are having on 5th. I was so intending on going, especially as it was just £20 (free if you live within that LA, but cannot make it as the 3 days around and including the 5th (the actual parents day training day) we are in important appointments.

Anyway, I am very very interested in this if managed to be arranged! Jusy thought it may be useful mentioning S Janert. Seems to be very good from what I have heard, and as he is based in London, then may well be a good choice.

sphil Have you managed to contact Paulla Keen? She is British but works at the rainbow project (?) in Amsterdam.
I have this page saved on my computer somewhere. She teaches a little of everything.... but is specialised in Floortime.... so may be useful for all those other questions we have and how to incorportate some other related strategies?

Plus, of course, being in Amsterdam, her travel costs are going to be about 80% cheaper than a New Yorker

Sorry for such a long and messy first post lol ... HI ALL!

I'd be interested, too.
