that's what happening with me - statement will be issued in the next 2 weeks naming current primary and will not mention secondary placement at all and then in the next 3 months we will get an EHCP which will name secondary and that will be what we are appealing = part of me thinks they are going to try and force me to appeal an EHCP so that I don't know what im doing but you cant argue with evidence and documented needs and all my reports are within a year old

My LA can try what ever they are stupid enough to try. I was in school yesterday before I got this news talking about formal disability discrimination.

If they can't see I'm a dangerous liability that needs shutting up ASAP I quite frankly pity them.

I have been dragged so low by this. I have nothing to loose therefore the upper hand now
