Help with the Business Name / logo Please - HR

Hi

I am in the early stages of setting up my business. I am a HR specialist and am looking to offer a HR Advisory service. This will be two-fold. The first will be for employers to outsource their HR (this is what I do in my day job, I am a senior HR consultant with 10+ years experience) and the second will be an employee assistance service for a fixed fee (i.e. bespoke support with a grievance or sickness matter for example).

I wanted the name to feature the initials ‘HR’ given its a HR service. I also want a simple but professional logo, so thought of the name ‘Human Reassurance’. The logo would look like this. I liked it at first, but not sure the name is too gimmicky?!

I would welcome any initial feedback.

thanks

So a JJones-HR website is available. The logo / branding would look like one of these. Perhaps this is more succinct that ‘Human Reassurance’ and still allows me to market the 2 services? Although perhaps not as relevant in the name

Thank you for all of your help with this. I now have a name that is totally different to the original and a website domain ☺️

I liked your original idea, I also think you can drive yourself mad overthinking this and everybody who is anybody will have an opinion and actually it doesn’t matter. Lots of successful business have bizarre names that make no sense at all. Yours is clear, actual words (not made up words) and explains what you do simply and clearly. Sometimes our first ideas are the best. Don’t let this delay getting started. I agonised over my business name for far too long and eventually picked what I liked in the first place before I asked anyone else and it’s still fine a year on now.

Thank you @Careerdecisions. I’ve decided to go for ‘Illuminate HR’ as it’s a good meaning and easier for people to say. I really appreciate your guidance, I definitely overthought it

If you google Illuminate HR is now Simply HR Consulting and used to do podcasts etc . I like the first one...
