If a group time is listed on the website as 12pm, is that the time that weighing starts? Or image therapy starts? When should a new member turn up?

That's the time weighing starts. Usually new members get there early and get the talk from consultant. Why not message the consultant and ask what time is best for new members?

If it is 12 on the website that is when weighing starts. Usually for 30 mins and then the image therapy starts 1230 for 30 mins after that.

Like Wilma55 says give the consultant a quick call and let them know your thinking of going. If you do go, going at 12 will be absolutely fine because somebody else will take payment and do weigh ins whilst the consultant does the new member talk. At least that is how it is at my group.

Good luck whatever you decide to do 😊

Thanks both, will send the consultant a text to double check (and stop myself from bottling it!).
