Hey everyone - a strange time of the year to re-join but i am going for it - started in summer and lost 26pounds but unfortunately MIL was diagnosed with terminal cancer so it has taken a back step. Finding things very hard to deal with at the moment with home life and boyfriend struggling with his moms diagnoses and we barley get 10minutes out so decided to use this as a bit of me time as well - get away from the situation and have a few hours out. Only diet that works for me and when you do it properly you get great results. I will be back at group Saturday morning and i have an awful lot to loose 7stone plus - if anyone want to join and motivate me on here you are more than welcome :)
