Slimming World
What are your SW hints and tips?

New member trying to get my head around it all.
Regular members seem to have all the knowledge like it's a second language to them and I'm sure I'll get there.
I need to get into the habits of being a SW member, like not using olive oil for example.
Can you give me all your hints and tips about healthy swaps, tweaks(?), low syn and free breakfast ideas, what you use your syns on, great ideas for using the healthy extras and anything else that you now do as being a SlimmingWorld member?
Someone put soy sauce in the winner basket and I've never used this before so if you use it, what do you use it for!
Thanks 😊

I use spray oil rather than fry light. Try looking at the thread about what people eat each day.
You can use your Hex B for toast or cereal for breakfast and Hex A for milk or yoghurt.
I haven't weighed for 8 weeks so have lost access to the app. Top tip is to go every week even when a 🎯 member!

Don't fall down the rabbit hole of eating ĺots of carbs, just because they are free. Its a hard habit to shift once you stop SW. My gut told me chips with soup were a bad idea, and my waistline now proves it.

Look on you tube ; Tracy Mouse is very good. Her food always looks lovely.
Good luck !
I like sw - my dsis has lost a lot. Me, not so much, but she's dedicated!
A lot of prepping. My dsis does this on a Sunday. It's a good plan if you stick to it.

Slimming Eats blog and cookery book. You can find lots of weekly menus and recipes (for free) on there.
Write everything down you put into your mouth - may sound a bit drastic but it works. Buy a note book and use it.
Someone else mentioned Tracy Mouse on youtube, she shows you her note book which you can copy into your own book, you can get a pdf there but you have to print the pages off, easier to copy it yourself.
Beware what is in the basket, I won it last week and something in there was 5 months out of date and another was about 14 syns per pack.
Good Luck, it does work when you get used to it.
