hi everyone. Back to the grind for me with slimming world. I have been heavy now a good number of years, last time I was at a weight I was happy with was around 4 years ago, but wasn’t my target weight. I managed to stick to it joining video meeting during lockdown until I became unwell.
Im finally ready to try again but have gained so much weight some of which will be due to steroids. I have about 6 stone to lose, I’m
my heaviest ever 🙈
I started about 10 days ago and that coincided with me returning to work after a lengthy absence. Needless to say I had a terrible week foodwise. I miraculously lost 2lbs and I swear it has kicked my arse into gear big time. I have been so good every day and feel like I used to on this plan. It’s so easy once your head is in the game and the lack of hunger really helps. I know I’m going to lose this week and this will spur me on even more.
Anyone had to do big loses like 6 stone and how long did it take? I know we are all different but would appreciate some stories/successes of people who have been in the same boat!
