I'll be 50 early in the New Year and really want to get rid of this extra stone that I have accumulated gradually over the past two years.
So, here I am, 5'4", starting weight 10'6, target 9.5 stone.
My first goal has to be to get under 10 stone as I haven't been there in aaages.
Im trying to think positive and of all the delicious things I can eat. My downfall tends to be not enough veg, and wrong snacking (things that the kids have sneak into my hand). My biggest downfall of all is the weekends when it all goes to pot with drink and meals out but I have at least 3 quieter weekends ahead so I have no excuse!
Hoping that putting the commitment here acts like group as I am really struggling to see when I could get to a group again.
Anybody care to join me?
