sort of KFC style chicken using Nandos spice rub and cornflakes

Im thinking I could dip the chicken in some beaten egg and use half of the Nandos spice rub for 2 syns added to some crushed cornflakes (need to work out the syns for these) and bake it in the oven

Do you think this would work?

I've done a similar version for a KFC fakeaway before using loads of spices but thought this could be nice and easier than having to dig out all the spices.

My friend does this with wholemeal flour. Not sure what the syns are.

I used to make my children chicken nuggets with cornflakes and they liked them.

I coated the chicken in breadcrumbs instead of cornflakes just because I already had some Panko breadcrumbs in the cupboard and it was absolutely amazing, by far the best SW friendly meal I have ever cooked, it worked out at 4 syns for the chicken but it was worth every one. Even better than actual KFC.
