I'm new to SW, I lost weight previously on WW 3 years ago but a stone has since crept back on and seeing as I mostly enjoyed the "filling and healthy" part of WW I thought I'd try SW.
Would you say it's fairly easy to lose a small amount of weight on SW? I've seen enormous losses from people on the plan but I don't have an enormous amount to lose (not a stealth boast I promise)
Will exercising help?
