Could i have some advice please ladies.
I've been using the weight watchers wraps as my HEb. During the week being hectic with work and kids and their activities I've been making wrap pizza's pilling on mushrooms, onions, peppers etc and then having that as my meal. I was informed in group last night that it wouldn't count towards my third of speed??? I was told that i would need to have speed at the side of my plate to make up a third?
I thought by topping my wrap full of speed foods would count as third of my speed?
Can someone explain this to me please?
