I think I want to try it. Online. But you can't get to the info unless you join. Therefore I don't know if its realistic for me 
I vaguely know that you can eat as much veg/fruit/met/fish..and rice and pasta??
Then you have to eat...something else??
And you get treats??
I generally eat porridge and yoghurt for breakfast (not low fat)....will that use all my treats for example? Because I need to be able to eat chocolate cake
(I don't drink though)
