I think I want to try it. Online. But you can't get to the info unless you join. Therefore I don't know if its realistic for me Confused

I vaguely know that you can eat as much veg/fruit/met/fish..and rice and pasta??

Then you have to eat...something else??
And you get treats??

I generally eat porridge and yoghurt for breakfast (not low fat)....will that use all my treats for example? Because I need to be able to eat chocolate cake Grin (I don't drink though)

I use 11.5 syns for a Cadbury twirl (the 40ish gram ones) or 175ml of red wine is 6.

OK...this is weird. I wonder if you can help

I signed up for the initial 3 months and read through a lot of their bumf. I got distracted and now I've come back to website, I can't login Confused

Its not recognising either of my email addresses. Now I think of it, I don't remember entering an email address. And I don't have any confirmation emails in weighed inbox. But I definitely paid and input my details...because I've downloaded the free food sheet, syn sheet etc...so I know I HAVE registered and not just dreamt it

But, because I can't login and I don't have an email, I can't contact them Confused

My 15 syns are usually a packet of pops crisps, a tiny bar of Green and Blacks and a few left for a sprinkle of cereal on my morning yoghurt.

It's pretty easy to follow once you get going.

It's unlimited fruit, veg, eggs, pasta, rice, pulses, lean meat, fish and some low fat dairy stuff.

Your healthy extras are things like bread or your porridge and the other one is milk, cheese or milk replacements...so no you couldn't use yoghurt.

You could swap to zero fat Greek yoghurt though and it'd be free.

As for how much cake or chocolate...not a huge amount really, but I'm pretty sure there is no way to lose weight and consume lots of cake and chocolate, lol. It's enough that if you follow it properly and fill up on free foods you don't feel hugely deprived, but you do still have to be careful with things like that. One bar of dairy milk is I'm sure 12 syns.

10-15 'Syns' per day to cover chocolate cake, oil, dressing, sauces etc. Fry light is free.

Okay...
So yes, all the foods you mention are free but your plate always needs to be 1/3 fruit/veg. So you could have 1/3 meat, 1/3 rice/pasta/potatoes.

You get a healthy extra 'a' and 'B' each day. A is dairy, b is fibre. So your porridge would be your B and you'd need to make it with water or use your A allowance for milk. You can have as much fat free yoghurt as you want (or Muller light).
