Joined SW 6 weeks ago with a stone to lose.
I've lost 2lbs!!!! in 6 weeks!!!
Typical day for me is:
Breakfast - fruit, muller light and a cup of tea (no sugar)
Lunch - Wholemeal roll with tuna or chicken salad. Fruit for afters.
Dinner - Some kind of meat and veg or pasta recipe.
Syns - 4 NICE biscuits on an evening during the week.
15 syns worth of alcohol on a friday and saturday night.
I exercise twice a week.
What am I doing wrong? shall I just accept that I'm old (35) and won't ever lose that extra stone?
