Do people eat their healthy extras every day
hstar1995 · 12/02/2015 12:01
I do try and stick to the healthy extras but often I find I skip the HeB. I easily use up my HeA in cups of tea throughout the day or cheese and ryvita for lunch but the HeB is difficult to use every day, I find. I usually use ur on Weetabix or bread for toast but somedays I have fruit for breakfast, pasta salad for lunch and a stir fry for tea. Do I then have to eat Weetabix or 2 alpen bars etc? The hifi bars are a godsend but after a big meal I dont want to have to eat 2, and I'm trying to cut down on snacks anyway and stick to three meals a day

Ryvita could be your HEB.
Or have only 1 of your hi-fi bars / alpen light bars - it'll be a speed food then.

Or get 6 syn hi-fi - salted caramel are lovely.
I'm feeling cheated now they got rid of green day and I only get 1 HEXB.
You used to be able to have cheese as a B as well as an A, so could do thsi.

Ok thanksð??? will try having the one hifi bar as speed food xx
PinkParsnips · 14/02/2015 20:55
I always have my HEB but struggle to have the HEA sometimes as I dont really drink tea/coffee or eat cereal so if dinner doesn't involve cheese then I find it tricky.
StayGoldPonyBoy · 14/02/2015 21:08
I try to as they are part of the plan. I don't really like bread and crackers etc so use hi-fi bars as mine. Rocky Road are my favourites
Beanie99 · 17/02/2015 22:02
I'm also the opposite to you, I can eat my HEB twice over but sometimes struggle to eat my HEA - I don't take milk in coffee, don't have milk on cereal for breakfast and don't particularly like cheese
MummyPig24 · 25/02/2015 03:24
I don't always have them. I get 1 B and 2 A's as I am breastfeeding but I don't always use them up.

Do you like nuts? You can have 16 almonds as a hex b. You could also have a tbsp of proper olive oil in your cooking instead of frylight.
