Can I join please? I'm going to mark my place as hopefully restarting SW on Thursday.

Hopefully by then the last of the Christmas chocolate will have gone.....

Erm, I'm not quite sure how I did it, but I maintained over Christmas.

Everyone at group tonight was thrilled for me. I would've liked a loss, but it is Christmas, after all :)

Hello to all the newbies! (I'm still new too really)

Well done steff and lollipop for maintaining.

By some sort of amazing Christmas miracle I managed to lose 1/2lb this week! I'm gobsmacked tbh. I have tried to stick to plan where I can but it hasn't worked out that well Nd I've also eaten my own body weight in chocolates.

That's 19lb off in 9 weeks now. I need 1 more lb to get my club 10 and 2 more to get my 1 1/2 stone, so hopefully I can do both next week (weigh in usually weds) which will be a fab new year present to myself.

LollipopViolet · 31/12/2013 11:12

Yeah my WI is usually Wednesdays too. Got lots of days til the next one to be really good and shift this last 3lb to get my 2 stone award.

Then onto the next stone off :)

Well I fell off the wagon this week. I am firmly back on it now and hope that I will maintain for the next weigh-in.

Lots of walking and swimming in the next week for me in an effort to negate lots of over indulgence.

Well I'm starting a week earlier than I thought, DH is on the late shift tomorrow so I can go :) I have my voucher out of the Woman mag and I'm off :) fingers crossed everyone!

Joined up today, 5st 2.5lbs heavier than I want to be - ARRGGGHHHH - I've got no food in the house that'd be suitable for lunch so need to have a trip to Asda in the morning before I take my car to the garage. What can I have that is grabbable from the supermarket. I have access to a kettle and a microwave at work. I like most things.

(you don't get a figure like mine by being fussy)

Ooops, I fell off the wagon a little today. Back to it tomorrow though :)

For lunch - Mug Shots. Many are free or low syn - I love them. They're like a noodle type thing :)

Hey all newbies!!

The musghots with less than 1% fat are the free ones, the 3% fat have some syns.

I'm trying to do sw with doing sugar free everything, especially trying to limit the mullerlights and diet coke!!

Can anyone think of other nice syn free yoghurts?

Hi all.
I went back on plan on Monday - luckily was away at Christmas, so not too much naughty stuff needing to be used up.
I managed to lose 4 1/2 stone first time around and maintained it for 13 months, then separation and divorce meant I gained 1 1/2 stone a year for the past 3 years and am back where I started.
Unfortunately my local groups now coincide with DS beavers and karate lessons, so checking in with you will hopefully keep me focused.

Hi, can I join in too please?
I joined my local sw last night, and am looking to lose about 3 stone.

I've just looked at the cauliflower pizza recipe linked to by vole. It sounds really intriguing. Need to get my head round the cheese measurements to adapt it to sw though.

Oooh, two really bad days in a row - yesterday was not good :(

I've got until Wednesday to pull it back - I think it's doable :)

Report
roguepixie · 04/01/2014 13:25

Absolutely doable Lollipop. It's hard over the Christmas?New Year period and it just doesn't go away until all the "bits" are used up.
