Now!!!!

About 10pm sometimes 9pm. Later tonight though as DH is on his way home from Cyprus and i haven't seen him for a couple of weeks

Flum · 26/11/2008 23:10

At 7pm each night I decide I will go to bed at 9pm as I am soooooo exhausted. In reality I get a second wind so about 11pm.

Feed the baby and listen to radio asleep about 12. Feed baby once or twice in night then up at 6.30 to feed again and be up to get older kids up at 7.30 for school and nursery etc.

Wierdly am less tired than remember being with other babies.

now!

weebump · 26/11/2008 23:18

About midnight, usually. But I'm lucky in that I've only one lil' one to get up in the morning, and she starts chirping at about 8 am. [smug grin]
My sister piped up recently: "Ideally dd should go to bed at 7 pm and get up at 7 am" I just said "No, ideally she'd be asleep by 8 and up at 8, and that's what she does."
I'm not a morning person. I like staying up and watching telly.

Think I'more of a nightowl than I thought, I rarely get to sleep before midnight, usually around 2am. Would probably help if I could read/watch tv in bed.

CharCharGabor · 27/11/2008 00:02

Around 1ish. I would go earlier but I like my relaxing time. DD has me upstairs once before I go up to bed so I need more time. I am tired though.

ledodgy · 27/11/2008 00:03

Now. Night night.

Rach1523 · 27/11/2008 00:08

I'm with you weebump, DD is in bed at 8ish and up at 9ish, it;s almost like a lie-in!

zazen · 27/11/2008 00:13

G'night all - I'll probably start my ablutions now and pop off at 12:30.
most nights I'm in bed and asleep by 2am - mostly as I have a nap from 10 till 11am and need to catch up with work now!

Countingthegreyhairs · 27/11/2008 08:54

....well I obviously should have stayed up much later to read all the replies from the night-owls yesterday... ...

that puts my average time a bit later methinks ...

Respect Flum! I get a second wind too ... I feel like I'm dying at 5pm - then dh comes home after dd dinner/bed/bath routine and we eat and then I start to perk up again ....which is really annoying (not feeding babies in the night like you though so I shouldn't be complaining)

MissBlythe - I remember sleeping for England when I was pregnant - in fact I think that's why I'm trying again

PinkTulips - there's a secondary school across the road from us that dd may attend in time ... dh jokes that instead of doing the school run in the morning, I'll be able to wave dd off at the front door wearing my dressing gown and slippers, curlers in hair, fag in mouth, gin in hand ....and lob some sandwiches over the fence at lunchtime ...

LauraLoola - that's a good tip about going to bed at 9pm once a week - will try and emulate ...

KittyFloss, Zazen and CharCharGabor - I think you win the official Mumsnet night-owl prize
