Don't tell me all your babies actually SLEEP these days?!

Actually dd (who I joined you to moan about months ago) now sleeps through more often than not, but only in the last couple of weeks and she is 2.

But now ds doesn't sleep. Usual night is up 6/7 times, although last night was only 3. I was looking for the thread for moral support and it doesn't seem to exist anymore

I'm here - no surprises there then. Dd still regards sleep as somewhat of an inconvenience.

Actually, having now read the posts, as dd is 14mo and still doesn't sleep, maybe I should exit quietly, at the risk of pissing you all off!!!

Pinkjenny don't go! DD was 2 before she slept through!

Have stopped looking at the clock or counting with ds now but last night seemed slightly better-I think I only fed him 3 times?

howdy all!

we are away for a couple of nights - dds naps are all buggered up, she is sleeping in a strange bed (or rather on top of it), bedtime was 2hrs late. no bath/routine etc.....

she woke ONCE!!!!!!!

for a feed at 1.30 then back down until 5.30

can't bloody believe it, might just move in here!!

oh, and down for her am nap without a murmur hence the MNing...

Caz10 - My LO had his best night's sleep (10.20-4.55 and 5.30-9.20) when away from home. Weird, isn't it? This was a month or so ago now and, needless to say, he hasn't repeated it. I am also thinking of asking my friend (whose house it was) if we can move in until he is, ooh, 15 or so and well entrenched in teenage lie-ins

Things seem to be going from bad to worse here

Hope you are all getting a bit more sleep than I am!

Not much sleep being had here, Claireybee. After a few days success at getting DS to sleep on his own (albeit with me next to him) in his bed, he's now decided to scream non-step when put in awake. He's also waking at least two hourly - and often hourly - during the night. Why????? Why????? Why?????
