Baby nursery 28 degrees, how to dress??

Hi all

My 7 month olds nursery is 28 degrees at the moment. I'm worrying about him overheating as I can't seem to get the temperature down.

He is in a nappy with a light 0.5 tog sleeping bag and that's it. He also had a rotating fan that is timed for 3 hours rotating around the room . Does this sound OK at this room temp?

Always best to have vest on baby in bed helps keep nappy on right. 😂

Cot deaths happen in temperate climates in winter much more frequently than in summer, or in countries that are hot all the time. So from that point of view don't worry too much.
I find it best to keep a vest on them otherwise their sweaty skin sticks to things which can be sore
