I have given up.
Ds2 is 2 years 8 months and has never Slept Through. He has rarely slept more than 3 consecutive hours. A normal night - he will wake around 5 times, be in our bed around 2ish and be an absolute menace throughout.

It is not just is, is it?

Hmm, not sure if it actually causes it, but it can trigger off flare ups, certainly in my case it can.. Ask your GP for some Amitryptiline, which in a low dose is good for helping with sleep.
Have you had a look on either of these sites?

DD is 3.4, up until about 3 months ago she slept fine but now she is a complete horror. She doesn't like being left alone so I have to stay with her while she falls asleep and then if she wakes in the night I am back to her. Every single night I end up in her bed or she ends up in mine. She wakes at least 4 times a night if not more.

It is driving me mental. Dh has done his best to help but only Mummy will do. I am so tired, mindnumbingly so. I suffer from depression and fatigue anyway so it really doesn't help. I really have sympathy for those with fibromyalgia, it is difficult enough to live with without this on top.

Can I come and moan along with you all please? [tired ]
