I have a theory about babies and sleep and just wanted some info to see if there's anything to it.
So, please answer the questions and I'll let you know what I come up with. Thanks!!

Bedtime routine? Yes - was bath, swaddle, breast, bed, but since discovering that she has silent reflux, have had to drop feed immediately before bed, so now just bath, swaddle, cuddle and shush pat, then bed.
wake up time? Anything from 6 onwards on a proper night, but sometimes we'll be up for 2 hours in the middle of the night, and then she might wake later.

Bed? (Cradle, cot, cotbed, share with parents). all in bunk beds, even the eldest as she likes to have friends to stay. (4yr old also sleeps with mummy & daddy)

Breast or bottle? none now, but all were breast then bottle. ooh, no....4yr old still has bottles as he is on meds and that is how he has them.

Solids? yes!

Sleep through? most night. 4yr old is up often tho, but has a bowel disorder so is up thro pain.

at what age did he/she start sleeping through? eldest was sleeping thro from a week old (well, from 12 - 6am). others took ages longer as all have/had health issues

Bed time? 8pm for the 7, 6 and 4yr olds. 9pm for the 10yr old, and 9 or 9.30pm for the 12yr old.

Bedtime routine? teeth, read, bed. baths are always in the morning!!

wake up time? during school time tis 7am, hols is whenever they wake!
