I have a theory about babies and sleep and just wanted some info to see if there's anything to it.
So, please answer the questions and I'll let you know what I come up with. Thanks!!

Solids? yep, generally not bad. Milk Cereal and toast and fruit for breakfast, protein main meal at lunch, carbohydrate tea and bottle of milk for supper. Solids started at 5 1/2 months
Sleep through? bad few nights over weekend but has had scarlet fever, tonsilitos and teeth all within the past 4 weeks! more typical night last night, groaned at 8-9pm, woke at 3am needing water and straight back to sleep after bottle and nappy change and woke at 6.50am
at what age did he/she start sleeping through? first slept 11-7 at 13 weeks, slept 11-12 hrs at night from about 5 months
Bed time? 6.30/7pm
Bedtime routine? tea at 4.40, play or walk in park 5pm, gentle play/watch DVD 5.30, milk 6pm, bath 6/6.30pm, into PJ and sleeping bag then I let him read one of his books while I tidy clothes away etc for 5 mins, then light out while I read a couple of stories, he usually crawls over to me and puts head in my lap. then I pop him in cot and recite each peach pear plum and goodnight room. Then I leave the room. Occasionally have to pop back in after 15 mins if nto settlign well*
wake up time? 5.30-7am (he is a 13 hr sleep baby so he gets 11 hrs at night and 2 hrs at lunchtime. his lunchtime nap is set in stone - he never wakes! 12-2/2.30) We're happy with 7pm-5.30/6am as we prefer to have the evenings to ourselves and don't mind taking it in turns to get up at 5.30/6am
