Hi, my lo is 13 months, having a real problem getting him down for a morning nap, only last week where he is a real problem. He doesn't seem to last all the way through until lunchtime without being grumpy, and therefore doesn't sleep as long as he used to during lunchtime sleep ?

Any help and suggestions would be good, don't really know what to do ? Been such a brill sleeper until now, and still want him to have nap in day, what can I do ?

My DD had just turned 1 when she dropped her morning nap. I found that it was getting later and later (10am, 10.30am) and so she wasn't wanting a lunchtime nap and then was shattered by bedtime and then started waking early in the morning ...
So I pushed it back to midday (went out, did stuff, kept her going for as long as possible).
Now (at 19 motnhs) she sleeps from 12.30ish to 2 or 2.30pm ... wakes up in time for me to do the school run ...
